If you go into Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and look for the software, check if there is a Modify or REpair button for it other than just uninstall. All others are freeloaders that can cause issues and use resources affecting performance. That's driver bloatware that you can uninstall or at least turn off at Startup since nothing needs to start with Windows except Windows itself and maybe a sync or scanner on standby.
